Filmed in Dublin amid the COVID-19 pandemic, this course includes 20 lessons covering essential leadership topics: Leadership Fundamentals, Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles, Team Building, and Avoiding Common Leadership Pitfalls.
Collaborating closely with Stuart, I helped structure the course content and directed an 8-person team through the filming and post-production phases, ensuring the course's successful launch and its supporting marketing materials. The lessons offer practical tools and insights to help individuals build the mindset, strategies, and skills for sustainable leadership success.
